Today I’m going to share some of my thoughts on Middle Attacking, as well as a Workshop I did in 2020 with Ben Josephson. Ben’s experience is more on the men’s side of the game, but I got to know him when we were both assistants with Canada Women’s National Team in 2019.

There’s a lot here that can apply to any level, from youth up to Olympic level men’s volleyball.
