Hey Joe! Got a few questions especially from the revived In the Gym section. 1) I noticed you have a day where it looks like 2-Way hitting has two hits per kid: "Left-side + OOS"? I'm assuming you have a kid hitting twice in a row with the second one being intentionally OoS. Are you having kids intentionally pass an red/yellow ball or having a coach toss a red/yellow ball? Or do I have this all wrong in my head? 2) Any chance we can get a December Media-Wrap-Up or mailbag that has a link to some of the videos similar to your knee-walk dig tutoring video you posted? I'm being greedy, I know.

(1) I just snap a ball over to the setter, so the non-setter is setting. It might be a relatively good dig by the setter but it's still going to be a high ball, rather than a perfect pass and fast set.

(2) Yessir!

1) Oh, duh. First thought was "But when will my setter work on setting bad passes?" My second thought was "We're only passing good balls 20% of the time right now, so they're getting a plenty of those already."

2) Thank you!

Yep; first ball can be InSys or OoS (but often InSys because we mostly do fill serves in 2-Way Hitting, not full game serves) depending on the pass and then 2nd ball is a high ball from a non-setter.

Didn't you post a video of the "dig set" warmup about a year ago? I can't seem to find it

There's a video in the "If I had $1000" post because I'm talking about setting targets. But the video link is here:
