There’s lots of good content in there, so highly recommended if you haven’t checked that out yet. Since this week highlighted the Defensive Strength profile, I wanted to link to content from two defensive-oriented sessions I’ve hosted. Anders Nelson from Kentucky and Brittany Dildine from Wisconsin are two of the best trainers in the NCAA, which makes sense because they are training the defenses for the last two National Championship teams. Self-recommending!

The session with Anders had some really good content on balancing discipline vs freedom to make reads by the middle-back player.

In Brittany’s session, we really went deep into some individual digging mechanics. She’s a great resource on that topic:
