I shared some training ideas about using Limited Touch Games to improve your ability to handle some of the scrappy, chaotic rallies that can happen during Transition. This can feel different than First Ball, where your goal is to be as clean as possible and put pressure on your opponent with a strong Make Them Play game.

Beyond the wall, we’ll look at a match from this recent NCAA National Championship at Gulf Shores where a strong Transition game was present.
