What do you think is the most important thing for a good passing? Stable state of mind? Information about the other person? Prepared posture? A natural ability?

Depends on the level. At the early ages, the ability to form a good platform with the wrist and hands connected and lift your arms simply through the ball is challenging for kids. More advanced passers are better with their platforms, so the ability to track the ball becomes the limiting factor.
