InSys FBK = Kill% after reception IF the pass was R# or R+
OoS FBK = Kill% after reception IF the pass was R! or R-
The InSys Index is kind of a made-up statistic that compares that team's standard deviation of the In-System FBK to where that team's OoS FBK and GP % ranks... so you'd have to have all the teams in the sample to get that one.

No but I should make one. The short version:
GP% = Good Pass % = (R# + R+) / (R)
InSys FBK = Kill% after reception IF the pass was R# or R+
OoS FBK = Kill% after reception IF the pass was R! or R-
