On Monday I published an outline of a year’s worth of Monday posts.
Typically, I use the Monday post each week to give an analytical guidepost that I expand on in with an additional couple of posts. Sometimes these posts are directly linked to the Monday post, such as a drill that’s effective for developing a specific aspect of the game. Sometimes they are a little more random- bits of coaching philosophy or timely discussion points.
In this post I’ll summarize a bunch of those non-Monday posts for those of you who have joined recently, or perhaps missed a few of these along the way.
Plus, at the end of this, behind the paywall, I’ll link to the most recent small-group Q&A workshop I did, last week. The topic was: Blocking Lessons From The 2022 Men’s World Championship.

I’ll round out this week and year with another (subscriber-only) mailbag. Thanks to everyone who has been reading, sharing thoughts, asking questions, and giving feedback. I’ve learned a ton and hopefully you have too.
And now for the download and video links to the session on 2022 World Champs Blocking:
