Webinar Reminder + Call For Questions
Armswing Mechanics + More
I’ve posted this announcement a couple times, but here’s a final reminder: we’re going live with the fantastic Nick Del Bianco tomorrow evening. That’s Monday, September 22, at 9:30pm Eastern/6:30pm Pacific. We’ll be talking armswing mechanics and how to build attacking power and control more generally. There’s also a lot of crossover to keeping athletes healthy as well.
The previous webinar with Nick was one of the most popular sessions on SmarterVolley of all time. Check it out if you haven’t yet!
Armswing Mechanics
This previous Monday we held a live seminar on Armswing Mechanics with Nick Del Bianco and Mischa Harris from Athlete Wellness Academy. 20+ premium subscribers were able to attend live and many more of you emailed questions ahead of time. Nick and Mischa packed a ton of content into 90 minutes. This was one of the longest and densest seminars we’ve ever done. Just a ton of awesome stuff here.
And as a reminder, these live webinars are only for Premium Subscribers, so if you’ve been thinking about going Premium, this is a great reason to give it a shot.
If you can join live, you’ll get to ask questions directly to Nick. If you can’t join live, leave your questions in the comments and I’ll make sure we get to them live. Hope to see you there!
I’ll be sending the link out to only Premium Subscribers tomorrow afternoon, so upgrade now to make sure you’re on the list!

what are the some effective progressions for arm swing mechanics in the short (one practice) medium (highschool season) and long (over a year or 2) that we can implement. I see athletes at all different levels of development and sometimes it’s easy to make large improvements in the short term but some higher level athletes come to me all messed up with years of doing the pattern in a very inefficient manner (some have pain) i have been struggling to find a consistent strategy to help various athletes improve in the short and long term
